Green Man Brewery is an Award-winning brewery located in Dunedin and was established in 2005. Green Man produces a range of Certified Organic beers and are batch brewed according to the Bavarian Beer Purity Law of 1516, using only Water, Malt, Hops and Yeast.
Enrico Gritzner is The Green Mans German Braumeister, and he has a long and impressive brewing background, with a four year degree gained at the Doemens Academy in Munich, and subsequent 21 years brewing experience around the world.
