Invercargill Brewery
Invercargill Brewery is the Southernmost microbrewery in New Zealand where award beers are crafted by master brewer Steve Nally. All of their beers have just four ingredients and one of those is water, which is first filtered to remove the muddy flavour, then heated to evaporate chlorine and finally hardened up with calcium to become liquor – water that’s been transformed for brewing. They import a small amount of hops from England for one of their brews but most are grown in Moteuka right here in New Zealand.
